Check out our frequently asked questions! If you have questions that are not listed here, write us! ### What does unlimited design requests mean? It means you can add as many design requests to your queue as you like. We work on them one at a time, ensuring the highest quality for each request. Once one is completed, we move straight to the next. ### Do I own the rights to the designs? Absolutely! Once a design is delivered, you have full ownership of all rights. The work is 100% yours to use however you see fit. ### What's the turnaround time? Most simple requests are completed within 48 hours. More complex projects like full brand identities or multi-page websites may take longer, but we'll always give you an estimated timeline upfront. ### How do I make requests in Byte? Once subscribed, you'll get access to our exclusive app where you can submit requests, attach references, track progress, and communicate directly with your designer. It's simple, fast, and intuitive. ### What if I don't like the design? No worries! We offer unlimited revisions. If the design doesn't match your vision, just let us know and we'll iterate until you're happy. ### Who are the designers? Byte is powered by the Donux team — a group of experienced product designers who've worked with startups and corporations across industries. You're getting senior-level talent, not junior freelancers. ### How is AI used? We use generative AI tools to accelerate specific parts of the design process — like generating initial concepts, creating visual variations, producing video content, and handling repetitive tasks. Every output is reviewed and refined by a human designer. ### Can I cancel or pause my subscription? Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments. If you pause, your subscription is frozen and you can resume whenever you're ready.
