## The situation

**Mavexa** is an AI event planning partner for marketing teams.

Organizing executive dinners, roundtables and roadshows means juggling many tools for pages, invitations, promotion and attendee management. Mavexa set out to bring all of it into one AI product, and needed an experience and a brand that make **complex event planning feel simple**.

The home is a conversation starter: describe the event, attach files like attendee lists, or pick a suggested prompt. Mavexa drafts the event and everything around it.

## AI drafts, people decide

Landing pages, emails, invites and promotion assets are generated next to the AI chat, then reviewed and adjusted in dedicated editors. Drafts and review badges keep users **in charge of what gets published**.
