Agree the user journeys, architecture, design foundation, agent permissions and acceptance criteria. Prototype the riskiest decisions before committing to implementation.

Design it. Build it. Use it.
Review the working product as it takes shape. We implement the agreed workflows, integrations and system, with the website and channel templates defined in your scope.
Days 61–90
Move your customers forward.
Validate the product, rehearse data and account migration, test permissions and release against an agreed cutover and rollback plan. Then hand over the code, documentation and operating knowledge.

No. The assessment establishes what can be delivered as a complete, useful scope in 90 calendar days from the scheduled kickoff. Complex dependencies or migrations may need a longer plan. You know that before signing.
What do you need from our team?
A product decision-maker, access to the relevant technical owners, timely feedback, and agreed access to architecture, code and sanitized data. We set responsibilities and review dates before kickoff.
What do we own?
Your custom product code, design files, components and documentation, under the agreed contract. Repositories and infrastructure are handed over to your organisation. Third-party software retains its own licences.
Are the website and all channels included?
They support the product transformation. The assessment defines the pages, templates, channels and integrations that will be delivered. It is a specific scope, not an unlimited production subscription.
What happens after launch?
Handover and the agreed stabilization period are part of the proposal. Ongoing support is scoped separately. Hosting, AI usage, third-party licences and operating costs are separate from the build.
