1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by Donux Srl ("Donux," "we," "us"), a design agency operating multiple product brands including RoastIt and Byte. Donux Srl is registered in Milano, Italy (P.IVA IT11315200961).

By using our services or creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Services & Pricing

All pricing is displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Donux reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in the refund policy.

3. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with our work, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us. Donux retains rights to its methodologies, tools, and processes. Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables created for you.

5. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Donux's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. RoastIt Service Terms

RoastIt is a productized UX audit and redesign service for B2B SaaS products, offered through self-service, asynchronous processes.

Service Tiers

  • Free trial: Single section redesign ($0)
  • Audit: One complete flow redesigned ($1,997)
  • Add-ons available for variants and implementation support

Deliverables

Work includes before/after mockups in Figma, comprehensive PDF reports, and 20-minute video walkthroughs explaining recommendations. Scope covers 5-10 sections based on priority analysis.

Timeline

Free trials deliver in 3 business days; paid audits in 7-10 business days. Delays exceeding 5 business days entitle you to request a 20% refund.

7. Byte Subscription Service

Byte operates as a monthly subscription offering unlimited design requests with one active request at a time in the queue.

Ownership & Rights

You own all design work created under your subscription, retaining full copyright. Design files remain your property with permanent access after cancellation.

Service Details

  • Unlimited revisions until you're satisfied on each request
  • Requests typically completed within 24-48 hours
  • Monthly recurring charges processed automatically

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are assessed case-by-case; first-month refunds forfeit ownership of materials created.

Portfolio Rights

Donux may showcase work publicly unless you opt out by requesting an NDA.

8. Dispute Resolution

Before formal claims, both parties must attempt good faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes fall under binding arbitration in the jurisdiction specified in the agreement.

9. Changes to These Terms

Donux reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after notification indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
