Do we need a design system before starting experiments?
Not necessarily. We can start with analytics and experiments while building the design system in parallel. A design system makes it faster to implement changes from experiment results.
What analytics tools do you use?
We use open-source, privacy-friendly tools. PostHog for product analytics. Clarity for session recordings. GrowthBook for A/B testing. Zero cost up to 1M monthly events.
How long before we see results from experiments?
A first conversation defines the relevant scope, dependencies and investment. For an existing product transformation, we confirm what fits the 90-day delivery window before kickoff. A focused supporting engagement is scoped separately.
Do you replace our internal design team?
No. We augment your team during growth, or help you build the systems and processes to scale on your own. Our goal is to make your team more effective.
