How Bonobo AI turned a quote generator into an AI-powered quoting platform

Bonobo AI started as a simple online quote generator. During our kickoff, the vision grew into something much bigger: a platform where professionals receive client requests and let AI draft the quote.

They needed a product concept, a visual identity and designs their developers could build from right away.

With the founders we redefined the product vision, identified user segments and ran story mapping and a market benchmark. The result was one core flow: a client sends a request through a widget on the professional's website, the AI drafts a quote, the professional refines it and sends it.

An inbox shows what each client asked for. Next to it, a quote editor lets professionals review and refine every AI draft, with rich-text editing and an assistant at their side. Nothing goes out without a human decision.

Agents and a Knowledge base let each company shape how the AI answers. Clear upload status and prompts to assign sources to the right agent make the setup understandable for non-technical teams.

Style tiles, a visual identity and a set of reusable components gave Bonobo AI a consistent look, and gave its developers a solid foundation to build from.
