How Sencare brought four very different roles into one home care platform
The situation
Sencare is building a home care platform that connects care organizations, operators such as nurses and doctors, and the people they care for, along with their families.
Coordinating home care means juggling operators, schedules, services, unexpected events and family communication. Sencare had a clear vision, but no product and no brand yet, and needed an MVP ready for its first users.
Start from the people involved
We mapped who takes part in home care, from organizations and operators to care recipients and families, and gave each role a clear entry point: creating an organization, joining one, or using the mobile app. Bringing an existing team into Sencare takes a simple import.
One timeline for each person
Every care recipient has a single record with diary, calendar, dedicated team and family circle. Falls or hospitalizations appear in the same timeline as planned visits, so teams always know what happened and what comes next.
Planning without the juggling
Coordinators assign operators to services, check availability and reschedule from one page, while reports and a dashboard group work by period, operator and metric.
A brand that feels human
A radiating mark, a violet palette and friendly illustrations make a clinical topic feel warm and trustworthy, for care providers and for families.
Does your product serve many roles with different needs?
We design one platform that works for each of them, without feeling like several products.
