Yes. That's exactly what the Discovery & Strategy phase does. We interview users, validate assumptions, and prototype core flows. Many times we uncover major pivots needed, saving months of development.
Do you build the product or just design it?
We design it. We partner with your dev team or recommend developers we trust. Our design handoff is detailed and developer-friendly, so your team can execute faster.
How do we stay aligned during the project?
Weekly check-ins, live co-design sessions, shared Figma workspace, dedicated Slack channel. You see work in progress, give feedback, we iterate. Typical cycle: feedback Monday, updated designs Wednesday.
What if we need to pivot during the MVP phase?
It happens. That's why discovery and prototyping are critical. Better to pivot on sketches than deployed code. Our process embraces iteration and fast-failing.
Do you help with go-to-market or just the product?
Product design is our core. We help with positioning, messaging, and launch narrative, but we don't craft the GTM strategy.
